I am planning to take Network+ exam. Can any one just help me on how should I Plan for this exam.

Just a good book on netwroking like the sybex book.

The network one just covers the basics of networking so you don't need to know anything fancy like wireless etc..

And get some hands on experience, set up a small home network between two computers and a hub, you'l soon pick up key items like file sharing etc.
