Hi Paula

as mentioned in http://www.certz.com/certz1.html

If you pass CompTIA iNet+, you can pay a fee and CIW will waive their Foundations exam, making you CIW Associate Certified and get a certificate, then you can if you wish take one more exam to get their professional designation.
