Are the macromedia certifications worth doing ?

Ive got my basic certifications under my built, i.e. MCSE and the lower certs and am eyeing these

How hard are they ?

How have others faired with the exams and the study and is it useful in practical every day use ? I.e,. in using the products as yuo well know some certs only exist to make the company money Wink
