Microsoft Certification Exam Insurance

January 15th 2007
By Sarah Jones

Microsoft is now offering an exam insurance, which means you get two chances to pass your certification exam. If you pass first time then you recieve a 25% discount on your next exam.

Any Microsoft Learning IT Professional, Developer, or Microsoft Dynamics exam is eligible for Microsoft Exam Insurance.

The Exam insurance is available for all exams to be taken from now until 30th June 07. They should be purchased at the same time as the exam is booked and are available for purchase until 31st May 07

The price of the 'insurance' varies depending on the price of the exam, and you can purchase as many insurances for a particular exam as you need i.e. if you fail twice then the next time you can purchase an insurance.

An example of how much insurance could cost -

Exam = USD$125
insurance = USD$45
insurance = 36% of exam cost

Though you may have a problem with Test providers understanding the test insurance scheme.
